Cuelaris is a Windows application that listens to a conversation you are part of, transcribes it, and generates suggested answers, talking points and follow-up questions in real time using third-party AI models.

Cuelaris is currently a controlled paid beta, offered by invitation. Features may change and availability is not guaranteed.

Accounts are created by invitation only during the beta. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. One account is for one person; do not share it.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.Legal review required — minimum age

This is the most important clause in this document, so it is stated plainly.

Cuelaris captures audio from your computer, including the other party’s voice. Laws governing the recording and processing of conversations differ by country and by state, and many require the consent of everyone involved. Your employer, your client, or the meeting platform may impose additional rules.

You are solely responsible for determining whether you may use Cuelaris in a given conversation, and for obtaining any consent required. Cuelaris does not obtain consent for you and cannot tell you what the rules are where you are.

You agree not to use Cuelaris to:

• break a law that applies to you, including recording and privacy law;
• violate an agreement you have with someone else, such as an employment contract or an exam policy;
• misrepresent who or what is producing your answers where you are required to disclose it;
• harass, deceive or defraud another person;
• process conversations of people who have not consented where their consent is required;
• resell, redistribute or attempt to extract the service, or evade usage limits and billing.

Cuelaris is a tool that helps you think and respond. Whether using it is appropriate in a particular conversation — an exam, a certification interview, a regulated setting — is a judgement you make and answer for.

Cuelaris offers a free tier with limited monthly usage and a paid Pro subscription billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Current prices are on the pricing page. We never see or store your card details.

Usage allowances reset each billing period. Reaching your allowance stops new sessions from starting; it does not delete anything.

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Your subscription remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the account returns to the free tier. You can delete your account entirely at any time, which removes your data as described in the privacy page.

Cuelaris produces AI-generated suggestions. They can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for anything you choose to say. Do not treat Cuelaris’s output as legal, medical, financial or professional advice.

Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality, accents, background noise and the speech provider. Cuelaris depends on third-party AI providers and may be degraded or unavailable when they are.

This is beta software running on modest infrastructure. There is no uptime guarantee.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe is being used unlawfully, or that threatens the stability of the service — including through abusive usage patterns or payment fraud.

Being a beta, features may be added, changed or removed. We will tell invited customers about material changes to what they are paying for.Legal review required — change notification obligations
