What counts as a minute?
Wall-clock time with a session running — not audio uploaded, and not per answer. Pause a session and the clock stops.
What happens when I run out?
Cuelaris warns you as you approach the limit and stops starting new sessions once it is reached. Nothing is deleted, and upgrading restores access immediately.
How do I cancel or change plan?
From your account page. Upgrades take effect as soon as the payment is confirmed. Moving to a cheaper plan — or cancelling — takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep what you paid for until then.
What is Private Companion Mode?
A Private Pro control that asks Windows to exclude the companion window from screen capture. Meeting tools that honour the setting will not show the window in a shared screen. It is a privacy and presentation control on supported capture paths — not a claim that the window is undetectable, and not something to rely on where being seen would matter.
